This opportunity is extended to our oldest and most veteran participants to join us as a Wonder Apprentice during one of our two Wonder Weeks. In this role they will be able to use their experience at Wonder to help mentor our younger participants and learn skills as teachers and facilitators.
Responsibilities: Wonder apprentices should be eager to share their interest and curiosity for the natural world and tend to younger participants. Each day they will have the opportunity to lead songs, stories, games, wanders, and crafts. They should be interested not just in participating but also in taking a lead at times.
Selection: we only have availability for one apprentice per Wonder session, so depending on interest, we will select based on age, years of participation in Wonder, and a phone call.
